Working on large projects is sometimes daunting but if you break them down into little parts, they can be accomplished bit by bit. Whether this be a knitted item or other handmade craft or for me, exercising. I am not a fan of exercising but I do want to feel healthy and fit. I'm used to being a certain size and as of late (Christmas was super yummy!!!), I've not been feeling just right. So, now, I'm not only going to blog everyday but do my best to exercise at least three times a week. New year, new goals. We'll see what happens. I think this may help a bit:
